3 reasons to book your 2024 break early

  • We've all booked holidays at the last minute - it's not fun having to make compromises because your first choice of dates isn't available. Booking early gives you a better pick of your preferred date within the park. Plus if the date you require is not available with DunnWrenn, we can put you in touch with another host who also has a caravan on the same site.

  • Having your holiday in the bag with DunnWrenn leaves you with more time to plan the adventures you'll have in the park. The activities are available to book from 12 weeks before your holiday date, and swimming slots open four weeks before arrival and this can be done directly with Devon Cliffs.

  • Now you will have plenty of time to save for any spending money you'll need. Devon Cliffs have some excellent food and drink offers available on-site, along with entertainment, swimming, and some free activities, DunnWrenn recommend that you grab your activities pass as soon as you arrive on-site. The passes are available from Devon Cliff reception. Prices for 2024 are still to be confirmed.

DunnWrenn holiday weeks or breaks as we like to call them will run as follows;

Monday to Friday: Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. A £50 deposit is required to secure your break with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.

Friday to Monday: Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. A £75 deposit is required to secure your weekend break with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.

We also offer a two-week break^ starting on a Friday with check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. A £250 deposit is required to secure your two-week break with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.

DunnWrenn Terms & Conditions

1.0 Our caravan is our holiday home and we are renting this out to help others enjoy a holiday away with their own family and friends. Please be respectful and treat our caravan like you would your own home.

1.0.1 If our caravan is not available on your chosen dates, we can direct you to another host who may be able to offer you the dates you require. Please let us know.

1.1 The caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

1.2 Any damage to the caravan or inventory must be reported immediately to DunnWrenn by calling the 24/7 emergency mobile number. Damage to the caravan and its contents may result in you losing the Security Deposit plus you may be billed further for any future loss of income to DunnWrenn.

1.3 There is strictly NO SMOKING of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes and vapes within the caravan or on the decking area. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit and you may be billed further for any damage/smoke damage to our property.

1.4 We are Pet Friendly. We allow two pets to stay per break charged at £20 per pet. All we ask is that pets stay off beds and furniture and that any toilet mess is cleared up daily. If any toilet mess is discovered after your departure £50.00 will be deducted from your security deposit. 

1.5 Should the caravan become unavailable due to issues out of our control, you will be notified and either refunded within 14 days of your notification or DunnWrenn will work hard to offer you an alternative caravan to match your dates and needs. 

2.0 The caravan will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If the caravan is not to your standard, please contact us so we can put things right.

2.1 Beds will be made up and ready for your arrival. If you prefer to use your own bedding please let us know when booking. A mattress protector will be provided for every bed and must not be removed. If removed and damage to the mattress is discovered you will lose your security deposit and you may be billed further for a replacement mattress. Should the damage cause cancellations to any future bookings after your departure then you will be liable for any loss of income to DunnWrenn.

2.2 You will be sent a text message to the number you provide at booking with the key lock number in order to gain entry to the caravan at 14:00 on the day of arrival. When leaving the caravan for day trips, the use of the facilities within Devon Cliffs or on departure the key must be returned to the key lock box to prevent the key from being lost during your stay. 

2.3 Should you lose a key to the caravan then this must be reported straight away to DunnWrenn using the 24/7 emergency mobile number. You may be charged for a replacement key and should this cause a delay or cancellation to any future bookings then you will be liable for any loss of income to DunnWrenn.

3.0 Electric vehicles are not to be charged from the caravan. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit. You may be billed further for any electrical damage to the mains or wiring and for any cancellations to future bookings after your departure. You will be liable for any loss of income to DunnWrenn. 

4.0 Deposits are non-refundable.

4.1 In the event that we cancel your booking due to issues out of our control a full refund will be available within 14 days of your notification or DunnWrenn will work to secure you another caravan to meet your needs and dates.

4.2 Deposits can be made at anytime with the final balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Section 4.2 excludes any offers DunnWrenn have running at the time and clients should see a separate section for that offer.

 

4.3 All bookings require a £100.00 fully refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you within 14 days after your departure. This is for any damage caused during your stay in the caravan. Should the damage cause cancellations to any bookings after your departure then you may be liable for any loss of income to DunnWrenn.

Section 8 is for those taking advantage of our 20% offer.

8.0 For those who would like to take advantage of our 20% offer must reserve their booking with the agreed deposit and settle the final balance before 12 noon 28th July 2023. Should the deadline day pass before final payment has been received, your booking will remain secured but the 20% offer will have expired.  Final payment will be due along with any additional add-on 8 weeks before arrival as per section 4.2.

8.1 A £100.00 security deposit must be paid by 12:00 Friday 28 July 2023. Damage to the caravan and its contents may result in you losing the Security Deposit plus you may be billed further for any future loss of income to DunnWrenn.

8.2 The 20% offer excludes discounts on any add-on's, pet fees and security deposit. 

9.0 DunnWrenn has the right to adjust, amend and add to the list of our T&C's at anytime. If you have already booked with us, we will send you an email with the updated version of our T&C's. Please ensure you check and read them and contact us within 48 hours of the update if you have any questions.
